EAGLE
Parking Solutions
An end-to-end platform for managing parking facilities and traffic control - across public, urban, and private environments.
Full control over vehicle flow, billing, permissions, and parking allocation. All through a browser, in a secure, comfortable, and flexible way.
TL;DR
EAGLE is a comprehensive parking and traffic control system that handles every layer of operating a parking facility: vehicle identification, flow management, billing, permissions, and allocation. As Product Manager and UX/UI Designer of EAGLE, I own the platform end-to-end - the operations dashboard, the customer-facing screens, and the product spec and roadmap. I also designed the physical entry, exit, and payment terminals: industrial design, visual design, and UI, planned and produced together with manufacturers and engineers. From product selection to a deployed, exhibited product - on my own.
SYSTEM OVERVIEW
A complete solution for parking and traffic control.
EAGLE is not one product - it is a connected system of hardware and software components: LPR cameras, controllers, payment terminals, barriers, and a unified management dashboard. Together they cover every interaction in a parking facility from the moment a vehicle approaches the entrance to when it exits.
Automatic vehicle identification
Real-time LPR (License Plate Recognition) cameras at every entry and exit.
Remote monitoring & control
From anywhere, anytime - manage gates, occupancy, and incidents in real time.
Smart, flexible payments
Cash, credit (EMV), NFC, QR codes, and custom payment vouchers - all natively supported.
Vehicle & driver management
Allocation of parking spots for subscribers, guests, and suppliers - with full integration.
Advanced permissions system
Multi-level role management, customized user permissions, and granular access control.
Live data & reporting
Real-time data, multi-level alerts, event logs, and continuously updated dashboards.
OPERATIONS DASHBOARD
A control center built for the operator.
The web-based dashboard where facility managers monitor live LPR feeds, manage occupancy, handle billing, and respond to events. Designed for high information density with calm visual hierarchy, fully responsive across desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile.
Live LPR monitoring
Real-time view of every entry and exit lane, with license plate identification visible per lane.
Profile-aware routing
Each vehicle is automatically matched to its profile (subscriber, guest, supplier) and routed accordingly.
Fully responsive
Same control center, optimized for desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile. Operators can manage from anywhere.
UX/UI & Design System
One system, one language.
EAGLE serves operators who live in a data-dense control room and drivers who meet it for ten seconds at a barrier. I built one visual language that stays calm and legible for both - the same colors, type, and components across the dashboard, the terminal screens, and every customer flow.
01 - Color
A calm base, a clear signal.
A deep-navy structure with white surfaces keeps dense data readable, while teal carries every active and successful state. A tight status set - amber, coral, blue - communicates system health at a glance.
02 - Typography
Data first, set with hierarchy.
Rubik, used across all its weights - built for Hebrew (RTL) and data density: big confident figures for live numbers, quiet uppercase labels, and a calm body for everything else.
03 - Icons & status
One icon language across the system.
A consistent line-icon set spans hardware and software, paired with a small, unambiguous status palette so operators read system health instantly.
INDUSTRIAL & PRODUCT DESIGN
I designed the terminals, inside and out.
This is the part I am proudest of. I designed the physical entry, exit, and payment terminals end-to-end - industrial design, visual design, and the on-screen UX/UI - and drove the specification, planning, and production hand-in-hand with manufacturers and engineers. From product selection to final form, I owned the whole thing.

ON THE EXHIBITION FLOOR
From prototype to a real product.
The terminals I designed went from concept to a real, working product - presented at the YSB Technology exhibition. I also designed the booth and the EAGLE brand environment, and stood behind the product to present it to visitors. Start to finish, hands-on.
DESIGN PRINCIPLES
Decisions that shaped the product.
EAGLE serves three very different users at once - facility managers, drivers, and maintenance teams. Every design decision had to balance their distinct needs.
USER-FRIENDLY INTERFACE
Clarity over density.
Operators handle dozens of live events simultaneously. The dashboard prioritizes high information density without sacrificing readability - clear visual hierarchy, calm color palette, and a 15.1" touch screen on terminals for fast, confident operation in any condition.
ONE SYSTEM, THREE AUDIENCES
Designed for very different users.
A facility manager overseeing multiple lanes across several parking facilities, a subscriber who never thinks about the system, and a one-time visitor in a hurry all touch the same product. I designed each flow around its specific user instead of forcing one interface to serve everyone.
ONE DESIGN SYSTEM
Consistent across every surface.
The dashboard, the terminal screens, and the customer-facing flows share one Design System - the same components, language, and patterns - so the product feels like one coherent experience whether you are managing it or just paying for an hour of parking.
OPEN INTEGRATION
Plays well with others.
Full integration with the EAGLE parking and payments management system, plus open API support for connecting with external systems and tools. Customers are never locked in.
DEPLOYMENT
Designed to fit every environment.
EAGLE adapts to the operational reality of the deployment: shopping malls, train stations, customer service centers, public city parking, and private corporate lots. The same core system, configured to budget and technical requirements.
IMPACT
Impact and scope.
EAGLE is a live product, already deployed and running at its first customer sites, with more on the way. Here is the impact and scope of my work on the platform so far.
REFLECTION
Designing software that lives in the physical world.
EAGLE has shaped how I think about product design. Every decision has a physical consequence: a button on a terminal that has to work in direct sunlight, a touch screen that must respond instantly to a driver in a hurry, a flow that has to make sense both to a manager overseeing several facilities at once and to a one-time visitor paying for an hour of parking.
Owning the product across every layer - the industrial design of the terminals, their on-screen UX/UI, and the operations dashboard - taught me that the strongest products are the ones where hardware and software feel like one. That is the standard I now apply to every product I touch.
